No Tracking

Our applications do not track users across other companies' applications or websites. We do not use any advertising networks, behavioural analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking frameworks. Our applications will never request permission to track you, and they are fully functional without any network connection or account creation.

Data Storage

Any data you enter or create within our applications (such as saved locations in Location Fix or settings in FirstPass) is stored exclusively on your own device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers because we operate no servers that receive user data. If you delete an application, all locally stored data associated with it is removed from your device.

Third-Party Services

Our applications do not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect user data. Links within our applications (for example, links to the Apple App Store) direct you to services operated by third parties. Those services have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle your information. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their data practices.

Apple Platform Privacy

Our applications are distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store and Mac App Store. Apple may collect certain aggregated, non-identifiable information as part of the App Store platform. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy for details.

Children's Privacy

Because our applications do not collect any personal information, they present no special privacy risk to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, or the applicable age in your jurisdiction.

Continued use of our applications after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Because we collect no user data, changes to this policy will never result in new data collection without a separate and prominent disclosure.
